Wage system

Service: from CHF 5000.00
Plus 13th monthly salary, tips between CHF 1200.00 and CHF 1500.00, expenses according to agreement.

Pizzaiolo: from CHF 5000.00
Plus 13th monthly salary, tips, expenses.

Commis de cusine: from CHF 5000.00
Plus 13th monthly salary, tips, expenses.

Chef de party: from CHF 5200.00
Plus 13th monthly salary, tips, expenses.

Bonus system from the 2nd year

Free flight to Phuket and free overnight stays at the luxury resort "The View" in Kata Beach Phuket.

Tasks:

  • Preparing the Mise en Place
  • Running a pay station
  • Helping with groups and events
  • Serving food and drink
  • Taking orders

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in the tourism industry incl. catering
  • Good German and English
  • Understanding of Swiss German
  • Provisional start date from mid-April or as agreed
  • 2 days off per week

Chef de Partie Garde manger

Tasks:

  • Preparing cold dishes
  • Preparing salads
  • Preparing the Mise en Place
  • Announcing the orders
  • Preparing salads for groups and events
  • Preparing desserts

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience
  • Perfect German and good English
  • Provisional start date from mid-April or as agreed
  • 2 days off per week

Chef de Partie Entremetier,
Commis de Entremetier

Tasks:

  • Preparing side dishes
  • Preparing side dishes for the daily à la carte service
  • Preparing the Mise en Place
  • Preparing side dishes for groups and events
  • Preparing desserts

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience
  • Perfect German and good English
  • Provisional start date from mid-April or as agreed
  • 2 days off per week

Pizzaiolo

Tasks:

  • Preparation Mise en Place
  • Independent management of the pizza station
  • Assistance in the production kitchen

Skills:

  • 2 years experience as a pizzaiolo
  • German language skills required

Night cleaner

Tasks:

  • Start of work 21:10 until 06:30.
  • Independent cleaning of kitchen, restaurant, toilets, etc.
  • Preparations in the production kitchen.
