Swiss Highlight: A Wine Oasis on Lake Neuchâtel, Château d’Auvernier

Spend an evening enjoying first-class Swiss wines from Château d’Auvernier. Let yourself be treated to the delicacies from our kitchen.
The Caves du Château d’Auvernier winery has been family-owned since 1603 and is now successfully managed by Aloys Grosjean, the 15th generation of the family.
The vineyard is organically farmed. The winery is located directly on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel and is characterized by a terroir that is geologically similar to that of Burgundy. Particularly noteworthy is the Pinot Noir, which is vinified both in its traditional style and in single-vineyard styles.
Also famous is the Œil-de-Perdrix, which originated here. The selection is complemented by various specialties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gamaret, Garanoir, and Merlot.

  • The wine tasting begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Harder Kulm Panorama Restaurant.
  • This is followed by an exclusive 3-course meal including wine, mineral water, and coffee.

Package price: CHF 80.– per person, including train fare
